Mrs. Sarah Jones

English

Mrs. S. Jones teaches 10th grade English and French.  She has taught at West Fork since 2003.

Mrs. Jones graduated high school from Siloam Springs, AR, and attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.  She received a B.A. in English and then in French.  She finally received an M.F.A in translation from the Creative Writing Department at the U of A.  During her graduate years in college, she taught required English classes at the U of A.  She also taught at UA Fort Smith, and the Northwest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville.

Mrs. Jones left teaching for two years to work for a local publisher and spend time with her two children who are both now enrolled in West Fork Elementary, Ellie and Killen.  She and her husband, Casey, spend their spare time raising sheep, dogs, chickens and children--not necessarily in that order--on their small farm in the Ozarks.
